About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how EnforceLogix uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server-side analytics signals. They may be set by EnforceLogix or by third-party providers that support our website or services.
How We Use Cookies
- Strictly necessary technologies support core website and product functionality, security, authentication, load balancing, bot protection, fraud prevention, and user session management.
- Preference technologies remember settings such as cookie choices, region, display preferences, or product configuration where applicable.
- Analytics technologies help us understand website and product usage, performance, reliability, referral sources, feature adoption, support needs, and aggregate trends.
- Security and diagnostics technologies help us detect abuse, investigate incidents, troubleshoot errors, and improve service reliability.
- Marketing technologies may be used to measure outreach effectiveness or manage communications if enabled in the future. We do not currently use the public marketing site for third-party behavioral advertising.
Current Public Website Cookie Position
The current public marketing site is designed to be lightweight and does not intentionally place advertising cookies. Hosting, security, and privacy-preserving analytics technologies may process limited request or usage information to operate and improve the site.
If we add product login, embedded media, support chat, forms, advertising pixels, or optional analytics that require consent, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls where required by law.
Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent Position |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for website or service operation, security, authentication, network routing, fraud prevention, and session integrity. | Generally cannot be disabled through our controls because the site or service may not function without them. |
| Preferences | Remember user choices, settings, and consent preferences. | May be disabled through browser settings, but doing so may reset preferences. |
| Analytics | Measure page views, product usage, feature performance, aggregate trends, reliability, and service quality. | Where legally required, optional analytics will be enabled only with appropriate consent or another valid legal basis. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns or personalize outreach if enabled in the future. | Not used for third-party behavioral advertising on the current public marketing site. |
Product and Authentication Cookies
When EnforceLogix product login, customer dashboards, identity integrations, browser extension management, or API documentation are enabled, additional cookies or local storage may be used for authentication, session state, organization hints, device recognition, security checks, documentation preferences, and product functionality.
Those technologies may be provided by EnforceLogix or customer-authorized providers such as identity platforms, browser stores, cloud providers, or security services. Customers are responsible for their own notices and internal policies for managed deployments.
Your Choices
- You can usually block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls vary by browser and device.
- Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website or product from functioning correctly.
- Where we provide a cookie banner or preference center, you may use it to manage optional cookies.
- Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals, but there is no consistent industry standard for responding to them. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, product, vendors, cookies, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date reflects the latest version.
